Take a hands-on, crash course in regenerative agriculture with Farmer Lance, as he leads, guides, and teaches about how we invest in soil health on our farm to better our animals, our lives, our products, and our environment. See the beauty of multi-species cover cropped fields, get up-close views of the animals that call Heart and Soil Ridge home, and learn from a top-notch farmer. You are welcome to join in on farm chores and animal cares - feel free to be as hands on (or hands-off) as you’d like to be. Tour lasts approximately an hour. Cost per group: $50

Cuddle a baby goat, hold a tiny chick in your hand, scratch a piglet, or watch a mother cow care for her calf. Cradle tiny labrador puppies, or pet a baby kitten as it purrs. Experiencing the innocence and beauty of baby animals on the farm is an unforgettable experience that reminds us of innocence, new beginnings, and respect for life around us. Join us for an evening stroll through the cover crop fields and flower farm rows, gathering, harvesting, and foraging blooms ready for the picking. As we walk, we’ll introduce you to the joys and challenges of a more organic style of flower farming. We will harvest the specialty flowers that do best in the flower farm rows, and forage for varieties that find their homes happily in the cover crop fields. After filling our buckets, learn about post-harvest care, and ways to extend the vase life of these blossoms. Taking time to stop and enjoy the flowers is a gift to yourself. Join us!
